The house
The entrance is not through the avenue: the car climbs a side ramp, the valet takes over and the elevator opens directly on the floor of his residence. Check-in is done sitting, no counter, as the bags go up. The forty-two houses occupy from the eighteenth to the thirtieth floor; below them are the garage, the marina, and the deck.
There are residences of one, two and three bedrooms, fifty - five to two hundred and ten square meters, all with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer and balcony — to the bay or to the city. Bed linen is changed every two days, and the tidying is done at the time you check in, not at the time of the hotel.
On the thirtieth floor are the swimming pool of eighteen meters, open from seven to ten at night, the bar until eight and the gym, which does not close. Below, the marina has twelve waves of water for boats up to twelve meters. Breakfast is served in the lounge until 11 o'clock, or within the residence, if you prefer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you stay a month?
It does, and one in four residences is occupied like this: there is no maximum stay, and light, water and internet are already in daily. Starting from thirty nights the storage becomes three times a week, and daily if you ask — same team, at the time you scheduled on arrival.
Is there room at the marina for my boat?
It's 12 spots, up to 12 meters long. They run out on the weekends from December to April, so ask with the reservation of the residence and not on arrival.
Is the kitchen real or is it a kitchenette?
It's real: four-mouth stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and pans for eight people. Many guests stay weeks and cook most meals.
How many garage spaces do you have per residence?
One, already included, with valet. The second spot costs $45 a day and depends on the garage's filling that week.
Can I take the dog?
It can, up to two animals of up to fifteen kilos, with a fee of US$ 120 per stay. The penthouse and breakfast lounge are the two areas where they do not enter.
