The house
The dirt road cuts through the cornfield for six hundred meters and ends at a cedar gate without plaque. The house is 1908, covered with cedar tiles that the wind left gray, and was restored in 2021. From Manhattan is two hours and forty by car; from the East Hampton Heliport, twenty-five minutes by road.
There are nine suites: six in the main house and three in the guest house, over the old garage. On the ground floor, the living room has a fireplace and the kitchen has two islands, an eight-mouth stove and a self-service entrance, through which the catering enters without crossing the dinner. The dining room table sits twenty people.
The barn is eighty meters from the house: right foot nine meters, heating, own bathrooms and two hundred seats. The city charter allows amplified sound until ten o'clock, and after that the party continues inside the house. The beach is eight minutes by bike, along the path that crosses the cornfield.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you get married in the house?
Give it. The barn welcomes 200 people seated and the house hosts twenty, so the bride and family sleep where the party takes place. The event contract is separate from that of the stay, and the amplified sound is turned off at ten o'clock in the evening, per city license.
Is the beach private?
Nope. Sagaponack beach is public. What is of the house is the path through the cornfield, which leaves a hundred and fifty meters from the access — that is why you ride a bike and not by car, because parking there in the summer is impossible.
How many cars can you fit?
Six on the gravel of the front and sixty on the pasture, when there is event, with the firm ground from May to October. In March and April the pasture soaks and we started using a parking lot ten minutes away, with vans.
Do you have air conditioning?
There is, in every room and in the living room. The barn has heating, but there is no air conditioning: in July and August the events there begin after 5 p.m.
Can I come by helicopter?
You can get to the East Hampton heliport, 25 minutes away, and the house car is searching. Landing on the property is not allowed by the city, and we make no exception.
