On-the-day coordination

It's for someone who's hired everything alone and doesn't want to spend their own wedding answering the phone. The coordinator enters thirty days earlier: reads the contracts you signed, calls each supplier, sets up the day plan and returns the list of what is missing — something is usually missing.

On the day he arrives at eight with two assistants and a box that has already resolved marriage: tape, line, pin, charger, aspirin, shoe number thirty-seven. He gets each truck, checks the number of chairs before signing, aligns the time of the ceremony with the celebrant and warns the kitchen when the toast is late.

You have his phone, and no one else has yours. If a supplier does not show up, the problem resolves without going through you; the next day a report arrives with what has been agreed, what has been delivered and what needs to be collected back.
