The property
The access is through the dirt road that connects Trancoso to the Mirror, and the entrance of the land is four kilometers before the village, in a curve marked by a large gameleira. Can you build a single, bigger house?
Give it. The approved project is for six houses of six hundred square meters, but the coefficient is the same for a single construction of up to three thousand and six hundred. What doesn't change is the 30-meter retreat from the cliff edge.
Is the seafront private?
The sand strip is public, like every beach in Brazil. What the terrain has are two hundred and ten meters of cliff edge and the only two descents of that stretch. There's no third-party service on the license plate.
Do you have any light and water?
Water, yes: a well of seventy - eight meters with a grant and measured flow of six thousand liters per hour. Light has not yet reached the ground — the three-phase network for four hundred meters from the limit, and the dealership has already ordered the extension in R $ 310 thousand.
How long does it take to license the work?
The prior license is already issued and is valid until 2029. The installation license leaves in four to six months after the executive project. It is exactly the stage that stops those who buy land without project in this region.
Why isn't the price public?
