The property

The condominium gate is thirty-five minutes from Orlando airport, and from the gate to the house is another three minutes of wooded street. By the time you arrive, the air conditioning is already at twenty-two degrees, the pool heated at thirty, the refrigerator supplied with what was ordered on the eve and the park tickets printed on the kitchen countertop.

It's two floors and three hundred and eighty square meters. On the ground floor are the main suite, with pool door, and the children's room, with two bunk beds. The other four suites are upstairs. The old garage has become a game room, with pool table and projector, and the kitchen has island for eight, two ovens and full pantry before you enter.

The condominium is golf: three courses, a water park with slow river six minutes walk from the house and ordinance twenty-four hours. The theme parks are 20 minutes away by car, and without a car you can't reach them. The housekeeper spends every morning between nine and eleven, and the concierge attends in Portuguese.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the pool really heated in January?

Yes. Heating runs all year and the pool is kept at thirty degrees Celsius. In January, Orlando mornings can be thirteen degrees while the water stays at thirty.

Can you run out of a car?

Nope. Inside the condominium there is golf cart, but the parks are twenty minutes by car and there is no bus line. We rent the car or put a driver at your disposal per day.

How many real people do you have?

Fourteen, in six suites, counting the four bunk beds in the children's room. Above that the house gets tight and we say that before closing the reservation.

Can I take the dog?

Nope. The condo allows animals in the owner's house, but not in stay per season, and we prefer to say no to charging a fee and running the risk of a fine.

The house is for sale.

It continues, and the reservations already confirmed are honored by the buyer — it is in the contract. Visits are scheduled two days in advance and never during a stay.
