Daily housekeeping

You schedule your arrival time — almost always between ten and noon, after breakfast and before returning from the beach. Two chambermaids come in, three in the houses of more than six suites. Pack the beds, change the towels, wash the coffee dishes, collect the garbage and pass through the deck and the sun loungers.

Bed linen is changed every two days and whenever someone asks. The team does not touch documents, money, open suitcase or anything on the desk; if you leave a note at the door of a room asking not to enter, the door stays closed and nobody asks why.

At home with a baby, the grooming passes for the end of the afternoon, not to fall asleep. If any piece breaks during service, the housekeeper warns on the same day and the replacement is on us — which is also for the glass that the guest dropped and did not tell anyone.
