How it works
The housekeeper arrives the morning before with the list you responded to on the reservation. Turn on the pool heating, which takes six to ten hours to reach 28 degrees, tests each air conditioning, opens the windows, makes the beds with washed trousseau in the week and leaves the beach towels counted next to the deck.
The purchase is made in the city market on the same day and enters the refrigerator before 5 pm: coffee, milk, fruit, water, ice, beer and whatever you have ordered in writing. The value of purchases is reimbursed with the note; what you charge here is the team's day of work.
If anything is not working — the pool pump, the third suite shower, the gate — the housekeeper finds it on the eve, not you on arrival. The repair is triggered on time and when you can't solve it before 3:00, we call first to tell you what's out of the air.
