How it works
It's the contract of whoever has the house and doesn't live in it. A governess is in charge of the property, coordinates the maid, the plumber, the gardener and the caretaker, receives a technician and the delivery man, accompanies small work and passes the house twice a week in the months when there is no one — that is when the problem appears.
On the first day of each month comes the report: what was spent, with a note; what was fixed; what is to be won — safe, dedetection, holiday leave — and pictures of closed rooms. Bills of light, water, gas and internet can stay in our debt and enter the same report.
The price comes after a visit, because it depends on the size of the house, how many people it requires and how many months a year it takes: an eighty-six-hectare farm and an apartment of three suites do not give the same job. The contract is six months and ends with 30 days of notice.

Cleaning, cooking and concierge accompany each Royal Blue stay: the team is already there when you arrive. The four services can also be hired separately — for your own home, season, or event, in Brazil, Italy, and the United States.
